I am all about slotting little moments of yoga into our day, rather than spending an hour and half complete practice. Of course it would be wonderful if we did have that time to use on the mat – and if you do, then brilliant – I am totally jealous, but personally I am unable to put aside that time every single day so I am just limited to once or twice a week.
So for those days when time is not on my side, I put in a few poses here and there to bring me back to the present moment and stretching out the body (and mind).
This weeks FREE CLASS is a short warm up sequence, used regularly in my classes and it will awaken the spine, detoxify the body and improve flexibility of the spine and the circulation of the spinal fluid. The mind will be clearer and reflexes sharper.
